Do you have old, discarded jeans in your cupboard which you don’t wear anymore?
And yet don’t have the heart to throw them away?
Here is a wonderful idea to make the boring, old jeans more appealing, attractive and happening with a little ingenuity, creativity and about $10 at your disposal.
I first saw this tutorial on DIY craft projects and knew that I HAD TO share it with you all.
I might not be creative enough but that certainly does not stop me from sharing something really interesting and useful I came across with all my readers here. And, of course, it is so simple and easy to pull off that you’d WANT TO try it out on a pair of long discarded jeans lying in some hidden corner of your cupboard.
How to Paint a Geometric Pattern on Your Old Jeans?
See this pic and if you like it (which I am sure you will), see the larger picture below which is self explanatory.
Want to try this out?
It wont take you more than an hour and will be lots of fun. Here is how to go about it:
This pair of old jeans has been painted into this wonderfully striking geometric pattern using simple fabric paint and a brush. To make it even better, you can try spray painting or a spray can.
Try a bright blue color on a pair of faded ice blue jeans to give it that rockstar effect!
And don’t forget to write to us if you get loads of compliments for your effort.
